In recent years, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) has become a multi-billion dollar industry, with 34 states (and counting) already approving NIL activities for high school student-athletes. Responding to this evolving landscape, The National Prep Foundation exists to empower high school athletes through comprehensive education and opportunities related to NIL. Our mission is to educate athletes and their parents, providing them with the knowledge and tools to navigate the NIL process successfully.

We are 100% committed to the principle that we will never make a penny on a player’s NIL rights. Our focus is solely on empowering athletes, fostering education, and creating individual agency for athletes to maximize opportunities for their future.
